Fruit Pizza

And now... a moment of Martha Stewart Zen (before all of the accusations)

This is a staple food of summer. I have seriously made one of these every week for the past 2 months. Friends come over, rejoice, and then snarf down the goods within two days. If I were stranded on a desert island, this is the food of which I would choose to live. My svelt compadre in the toga can roast pork or something to feed our protien needs...

Ingredients:
*1 tube of Pillsberry Sugar Cookie Dough
*1 8oz. container of cream cheese
flavored is best.
i recommend, pineapple
or cheesecake
*Variety of fruit -- Suggestions:
strawberries, blueberries, rasberries
kiwis, banana, grapes, melon, pineapples,
(basically anything you love)

How to make it:
*Push down Cookie dough into a flat pan (square, circular, or other) so that it
resembles pizza crust.
*Cook at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes.
*Let cool, or throw in the fridge for awhile to speed up the proccess
*Spread cream cheese onto cookie dough like you would marinara sauce
**Place assorted fruit ontop of entire pizza.

** this is the fun part, because you can decorate it ANYWAY you want to. Let the artist shine through...

Walah. there you are. now go do it. it's good for breakfast... mmmmm
